Our GaitScan™ System is a revolutionary diagnostic tool for assessing your patient’s biomechanics. GaitScan™ has an industry high 4096 sensors and scans at an industry high 300Hz (scans per second).  These measurements provide today’s Healthcare Professionals with a sophisticated explanation of foot mechanics and assists them with orthotic and/or shoe solutions.

The TOG diagnostic system is a simple, innovative, high tech, user-friendly and grounded in well-researched principles. It provides an efficient, highly accurate and scientific means of patient assessment. The proprietary software is unmatched in its clinical diagnostic capabilities and interactive patient education.

TOG software consists of dynamic, static and postural visual analysis capabilities. The software allows for comparison of scans, pre and post diagnosis and therapy in the various applications.

TOG dynamic software scans the foot 150 times per second tracking 8 key points along the plantar surface of the foot. Our dynamic display captures bilateral plantar pressure during the stance phase of gait. Gait observations show each of the 8 key points relative to pressure and time in a color corresponding to the 2D and 3D composite image and displays gait analysis data. The Full Normal Graph compares the patient’s 8-point graph to a normal graph of the stance phase of gait. The Metascan diagnostics translates the digital information along with the clinician information into a prescription for custom orthotics.

Static scans capture bilateral plantar pressure distribution. The scanning technology can be incorporated into various balance testing, training and therapeutic protocols depending on the clinical approach. The scans can identify muscle/skeletal anomalies such as leg length discrepancies. Can also be used to assess the efficacy of orthotics, lifts or postings using comparison side by side scans.

Bilateral postural display captures the patients’ ability to maintain and control the body center of mass within the base of support. Postural stability is most often characterized by measures based on the displacement of the center of pressure. Metascan posturography includes graphical information with respect to: Antero-Posterior Deviation; Medio-Lateral Deviation; Velocity; Sway Area; Amplitude; and COP Path. Scans can identify the need for balance and strength training or intervention with devices to improve postural or balance control.

The Metascan 8-Point Gait and Pressure Analysis Report provides the practitioner with a unique dynamic analysis tool for the diagnosis and treatment of the aberrant foot function. Using the same scan data which is used to create the composite and frame images in the Metascan client software, the 8-point analysis gives specific information on the distribution and timings of pressures through the different areas of the foot and compares them to normal.

Each patient’s orthotics are designed form your professional prescription specifications. They are built to meet the individual biomechanical and lifestyle needs of your patient. Our Plastic Our functional orthotics are manufactured using 100% memory thermoplastic, in 1mm, 2mm, 3mm and 3.5mm control options. This material provides enough rigidity to support the feet, while simultaneously offering the foot the right amount of flexibility to properly absorb ground reaction forces. We are so confident in the durability of our thermoplastic orthotics, that they are guaranteed for a lifetime against breakage.

Shoe Selection: Children’s flexible running shoes

Patient Selection: Patients under the age of 8 that have excessive adduction or abduction of the foot during active gait.

Super Flex

Cushion Flex

Patient Selection: Mild to moderate biomechanical control with superior shock absorption. For feet that can afford to sacrifice some correction for increased comfort and cushioning (ie. geriatric patients, arthritic patients).

Run Flex

Patient Selection: This sport enhancing orthotic has been specially designed for narrow cut skates. A photocopy or tracing of the insole should accompany the prescription order form to the lab to ensure a proper fit.

Dress Flex
 
Shoe Selection: Slip-on or narrow cut dress shoes.

Patient Selection: Patients who require mild to moderate biomechanical control in their narrow dress shoes. Deisgned primarily for women.
